Taiyaki Man is Jonna Szmyd! She has been a lifelong lover of the Japanese culture, and after a dream-come-true trip to Japan in April of 2023 the idea of Taiyaki Man began to formulate. With the support of loved ones and family she started Taiyaki Man in 2025 to bring one of the tastiest treats to Massachusetts!
